Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from our Lucketts studio. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been shipped.
Please note that the estimated delivery time associated with each shipping option does not include our internal processing time, which can take up to 5 business days. We are a small business and create each candle in small batches. If you need an order expedited please leave a note at checkout and/or reach out to us and we will speed up your order, if possible.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once orders have been shipped out, they become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, stolen packages, or any other issue that arise while the order is the hands of the shipping carrier.
Generally, the quickest way to locate an order that has been marked as delivered but has not yet arrived, is to contact your local post office. They will be able to reach out to the carrier to help locate your package.
