Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



Damaged Items

Our candles are made in glass containers, and there is always a risk of candles being damaged during shipping. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please send an email to hello@virginianfragranceco.com, along with the following: 

  • Photo of damaged items
  • Photo of the outside of the shipping box
  • Photo of the inside of the shipping box (including packing materials)

Once we receive your email and photos, we will happily ship out a replacement free of charge or offer a refund. We will be unable to process a refund or replacement until we have received all information to process the damage claim.

 

Refunds

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
